In this guide, you will find information about my packages, pricing, process, as well as my typical wedding day timeline. Let’s dive in!

What to expect

Booking Your Day

Once you and your beloved decide on the package you love, I will send you a personalized proposal with contract and an invoice. A 40% retainer and a signed contract by both bride and groom are required to save your day with me. Once both are received, we will plan the details, and select the date for your engagement session!

Engagement Session

Once the formalities of booking are taken care of, we will plan your engagement session. We will discuss the perfect location, outfits and themes. I will send you my informational materials, where I give you some tips regarding your clothes, accessories, color palette and seasonal advice. I will also send you my favorite photography locations list if you are uncertain where you would like to have your photographs taken.

Engagement sessions are one of my favorite, as they are a perfect opportunity to get to know each other. Thanks to this experience before your wedding day you will get to know how I work and pose. It will ensure you will feel more relaxed and confident around me during your wedding day.

The turnaround for your engagement session is about one month. You will receive all technically acceptable photographs, which is about 60 photos for 30 minutes and 100 for 1h, via digital gallery to download in full resolution!

Questionnaires

Shortly after you receive your engagement album I will send you a couple of questionnaires to get to know your story and wedding vision better. I will print them out for your wedding day and I will carry them with me to make sure I have all important information with me.

Helpful Resources

To ensure your wedding photography turns out the best it can be, I will provide you with resources regarding the lightning, and planning for your big day’s photography. You can ask me for advice and opinion throughout the whole process of planning your wedding. I want to help you get the best wedding photographs possible, so working together is very important!

The Big Day

I will show up at your wedding as discussed to document this beautiful and unforgettable day of your life!

Digital Images and Online Gallery

In a few days after your wedding, I will post a sneak peek of your images to social media sites. Feel free to use them as profile pictures! Within 8-10 weeks you will receive all of your edited digital images in your online gallery and instructions on downloading them to your computer. We will schedule our heirloom artwork meeting to discuss your wedding album and prints.

Printed Products and Books

Turnaround time for prints and products is based on the specific product you order. Once your final prints and products are in, I can either ship them to you or quickly stop by your house to leave them in your hands!

The Investment

My wedding collections start at $1700, with the most popular investment being $2800.

All wedding collections include a personalized USB, canvas print, and photography timeline consultation to integrate my photography with your wedding day timeline. Along with that I have prepared informational materials and resources that I will share with you at no additional cost. My end goal is to offer you my best in order to prepare you for the best wedding photography experience.

Wedding Day Timeline

My Typical Workflow

Below is a rough example of how I typically work. We will adjust this timeline to fit your specific needs.

Bridal Getting Ready (up to 90 minutes)

  • 30 minutes: Detail Photographs of shoes, invitations, rings
  • 30-60 minutes: Candids of everyone preparing

Groom’s Getting Ready (up to 1h)

  • If desired, the second photographer can attend groom’s prep.
  • The second photographer will leave earlier to photograph ceremony venue before the guests arrive.

First Look (about 15 minutes)

Ceremony (15-60 minutes)

  • If I am the only photographer I will come few minutes before the ceremony to take details of the decorations

Portraits (about 1 hour)

  • 30 minutes: The whole bridal party & family portraits
  • 30 minutes: Bride & groom Wedding Portraits
  • 10-20 minutes: If the weather allows, we can plan to take some intimate sunset portraits right before the sunset for that beautiful golden hour glow! **
  • If traveling to a separate reception and the second photographer is present, they will leave the session to arrive at the reception and photograph it before the arrival of guests.

Reception (1 to 2 hours)

**(If you are interested in the sunset portraits make sure you check sunset times for your wedding day and how that will effect the timeline above)

My Photography Style

ORGANIC | RAW | EMOTIVE

What’s most important to me is documenting the raw emotions and organic connections between you and your loved ones. I want to show that depth and intimacy. I also try really hard to let your personalities and relationship guide the way I photograph you. All couples are different and I want your photos to FEEL LIKE YOU!

My wedding day process includes traditionally posed photographs, but I don't concentrate solely on them. They are just a formality that I want to document, but the real essence of my work lies in my ability to capture organic moments.

When decades pass and you look at your wedding album I want every glance to revoke feelings and memories. After the cake has been eaten, you will have something far more precious that anything else. Your love, and your memories. Preserved. Forever.
